Sick Kids
PLECC has been impacted with quite a bit of illnesses recently. In order to keep everyone healthy both staff and students, please remember the following items about allowing your child back at school:
- Child has to be fever free for 24 hours without being on anti fever medication (like Tylenol or Ibuprofen).
- If child has diagnosis of strep or pink, child has to be kept at home for 24 hours after starting antibiotic.
- Here are reasons to keep your child home from school, fever over 100, vomiting, diarrhea or generally not feeling well.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
