See what all the buzz is about at BCE! - 7/20/18
Meet the Principal
I am honored to join the BCE community and look forward to serving our amazing families. I am excited to get to know each one of you personally as we begin the new school year. BCE is a place where all students are valued, and there is a focus on learning and growing. In the spirit of Bobcat Pride, it is my priority to promote an environment that embraces developing empathetic, enthusiastic students, while emphasizing problem solving and critical thinking in an innovative learning environment.
My family and I live in Lake Travis. I have two kids, who both attend LTHS. Abby will be a senior and Garrett a sophmore. My husband, Mike, provides support for medical instruments in hospitals and labs all over the country. I also have two step-children, Tatiana and Milan, who graduated from Dripping Springs HS. We have two fun pets, Princess and Lolo. Princess is a Cocker Spaniel and Lolo is an Amazon parrot. You never know when Lolo might make an appearance!
I have been an educator for the past 22 years, having previously served in Lake Travis ISD as director of elementary academic services from 2009-2013. Since then, I worked in Leander ISD as an elementary principal and executive director at the district level, but am thrilled to return to Lake Travis, and serve in the community where I live and my kids attend school.
In order to best support our campus, it is important I am visible and accessible. I look forward to joining classroom activities, attending PTO meetings, and campus events. You will see me out and about, learning everything I can about the BCE students, staff and parents. Please stop by to visit and introduce yourself and your family.
I am committed to responding promptly to your questions or concerns. I welcome your feedback, and I also encourage you to share your positive experiences at BCE. Please follow us on Twitter @BCEBobcats. I am looking forward to an outstanding year at Bee Cave Elementary - Go Bobcats!
Sincerely,
Jennifer Andjelic
