The new HAP Grant application has been slightly modified. Attention is focused on determining program specific SMART goal(s) and creating a budget that supports grant activities to help reach measurable successes.
Please review the HAP Grant Guidance and Budget Planning for activity suggestions and the High Ability Program Element Evaluation to review your program elements when determining this year’s goals.

ONLINE ADVANCED PLACEMENT SUMMER INSTITUTES (APSI)
University of Notre Dame AP Teacher Investment Program (AP-TIP IN)
July 6-July 10
Online APSI is available from AP-TIP IN. This institute will consist of both synchronous and asynchronous sessions using best practice strategies while taking advantage of features in Zoom and Google Classroom to engage participants and enhance learning.

The Indiana Academy at Ball State University
July 13-July 16
Online APSI is available from The Indiana Academy. These online courses will incorporate both synchronous (live) and asynchronous instruction using the Canvas learning management system (LMS) and video conferencing as the primary channels of communication.

Exam Invoices
June 26 Deadlines:
- Postmark on any payment owed to College Board
- Copy of invoice sent to Indiana Department of Education
Invoices are directly generated by AP Registration and Ordering and emailed the day after the late-testing administration ends. A copy of the invoice is available in AP Registration and Ordering once it is generated.
