This week's BUZZ
News from the week of January 24, 2020
Catholic Schools Week is full of wonderful events that celebrate who we are!
It was a very busy week. Students completed their MAP testing and are now ready to enjoy a week full of fun and exciting events that celebrate Saint Anna School and Catholic Education.
Check out what is planned for the week ahead below.
The sacrifices made for your children to attend Catholic School are worth every penny, every mile you drive, and every sacrifice you make.
Thank you for your commitment to Catholic Education. Our students benefit from a strong academic foundation, they learn to respect and honor one another, and they learn values built on our Faith of Jesus Christ. These values are so very important in today's world and for the future.
Share your love of Saint Anna and Catholic Education with those you know and tell them about our upcoming open house.

Nurses Corner - Important news and updates
Nurse Notes for January 24, 2020
We continue to receive notification of infectious diseases such as strep throat and flu which is not unusual during this time of year. Frequent hand washing and covering your cough will certainly not prevent transmission in every case but will cut down the rate of transmission. Both practices are taught and reinforced at St. Anna’s and we appreciate parent’s efforts to do the same at home.
If a student is sent home due to vomiting, diarrhea or a fever they must be symptom free for 24 hours before returning to school. In the case of fever that means fever free without the aid of medication such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. If the physician has prescribed an antibiotic to treat an infection the student must be taking the antibiotic for 24 hours before returning to school.
If you have any questions regarding the above please call the Health Office between 10:00-2:00.
