Republic Paw Pantry
Our class has decided to give back this holiday season to the Republic Paw Pantry to assist furry friends and their owners in preventing abandonment and malnourished. We would like to collect various necessary items to send to the Paw Pantry by December 18th. A list of suggestions from their website is listed below. Any donation would be greatly appreciated by the Republic Paw Pantry and pets around our neighborhood!
Canned and dry food….Dogs/Cats – Puppy/Adult/Senior
Treats….Dogs/Cats
Cat Litter
Toys….Dogs/Cats
Collars….Dogs/cats
Leashes….all sizes/lengths
Writing Day!
Due to the fabulous success of the last "All Writing Day", we will be having another one this Thursday, December 17th, for our next benchmark! Students may bring blankets, pillows, and snacks to help them throughout the day.
Next Week at a Glance
- Writing: We will persuade Santa to hire us as elves through a letter.
- Foundations and Reading: We will make inferences based on evidence from texts about holidays around the world.
- Math: We will review and assess our knowledge on Chapter 5.
- Content: We will expand our learning on force and motion.

Reminders
- Please call and let the office know if there will be any changes in transportation at the end of the day!
- We have one snack each day at either 10:30 or 2:00. Please make sure your child DOES NOT bring any snack that has nuts in it. We have students with food allergies.
- Reading Logs are due EVERY day except Monday! Reading at home is so important!
