Thanksgiving by Tiffany Clausell
Thanksgiving
Imagine turkey, mashed potatoes, corn and people wearing pilgrim hats or braids then that means it’s almost Thanksgiving. One fact about Thanksgiving is that the very first Thanksgiving was held in the Fall of 1621 after the first harvest. Another fact is that settlers and native Americans had a feast together.
Thanksgiving is celebrated because it is a time to give thanks and be with family and friends. Enjoy good food, play games and have fun.
So now you know about Thanksgiving, so have a jolly time.
Fourth Grade Trip to Wegmans! By Caiden Rider
The fourth grade went to Wegmans on a field trip. We split up into groups and went to different parts of the store. We learned about eating healthy and how much we should eat from the different food groups. There are 5 different food groups Dairy, Meat and Protein, Fruit and Vegetables, Fats, Grains. My favorite food group to learn about in Wegmans was Dairy because we got to eat as much cheese as we wanted. Another fun thing we did was take a Scavenger hunt around Wegmans. We had a paper with clues and we had to figure out what food it was. Another cool part of the tour was when we went upstairs in Wegmans where they do the cooking classes and a lady talked to us. We got to try some bread and then we got to touch a lobster- it was quite cool. Wegmans is a great store you should shop there.

With the SPCA lady came Rummble the sad, scared kitten. He was black, all black with a cute little white blob on his tale. Speaking of tales, she told us about the animals who had problems at the shelter. Everyone was happy! Thank you SPCA, Thank you Enfield.

Snowball
I made myself a snowball. As perfect as can be. I thought I’d keep it as a pet and let it sleep with me. I made it some pajamas

it ran away,But first it wet the bed.
The end.
