Naviance and Course Selections

What is Naviance?

Naviance is a comprehensive college and career readiness platform that enables self-discovery, career exploration, academic planning, and college preparation for millions of students across all ages and around the globe. Students access Naviance through the MyHumble portal.

  • Naviance can help students—from grades 6-12—achieve college and career readiness by helping them understand how their interests and strengths can lead to best-fit education and career paths.
  • Naviance solutions include a range of age-appropriate tools for middle school and high school students—targeted to the unique needs of students at each level.

  • Naviance is the program Humble ISD uses for the course selection process for Middle and High School students.

2021-2022 Course Selection Process

Counselors walk students through the process of selecting their courses on Naviance at school. At home, students and parents discuss options available to their student and complete the course selection process. Students access Naviance through the MyHumble portal.

Strengthening Partnerships through Education

The Humble ISD Parent University Program was created to strengthen and engage families for our 21st Century learners. In 2017, the Humble ISD family developed a series of competencies, Portrait of a Graduate, as a part of our strategic vision for our students. Parent U aligns with this vision through empowering families and community friends to help students build academic success.

Parent University utilizes Eventbrite for online registrations. You will need to create a free account to register for any of the workshops. Upcoming Workshops: https://www.humbleisd.net/Domain/13756
