About the Rebbetzin...
Ariella Adatto's parenting workshops have been developed based on Torah principles of education blended with modern educational psychology. Educated at YULA, BJJ Women's Seminary in Jerusalem and Harvard College, Ariella's background includes 20 years of teaching Torah classes for women with an emphasis on seeing the relevance of traditional Judaism to modern day life. Her parenting classes are an outgrowth of this same approach, giving parents perspective and skills to get through today's challenges while maintaining focus on raising kids for their future. Testimonials
"To have Ariella as your own personal parenting coach is reason enough to attend her classes. She is our own local master and the proof is in the pudding...I have always admired the children of the Adatto family and it is an honor and inspiration to have Ariella in my life! I mean it when I say that Klal Yisrael not only would but DOES in fact benefit from the teachings, support, guidance and example that Rebbetzin Adatto sets. Whether you are a part of her local community or abroad the San Diego Jewish community, this is an opportunity to learn from our own local master the art of Jewish parenting and it is not an opportunity to pass up. Your family is depending on you! -Rahel Leah
"Taking Ariella's parenting class was so valuable to me. The philosophy she teaches is very practical and makes so much sense: Pick your battles rather than constantly nagging. Reward them for good behavior by giving them contral and choices, understanding that what kids ultimately want most is that their emotional needs are met.
"It has taken practice to reset my approach and way of thinking but I know when I am being consistent and working hard at it (who said parenting was easy?:)) there is a big difference in my children's behavior and attitude.
"Ariella lays it out very clear and oraganized with great examples and explanations. She knows the material she teaches inside and out because she lives it everyday with her own children. I'm so grateful to have taken her class and definitely plan on taking it again for reinforcement." - Nicole
"This is a preventative punishment class. It teaches the parent how to build a strong, positive bond between you and your child so that less punishing is necessary, more honor is given to the parents and the relationship between parents and children is stronger." -Beth
"I lovvvvvved this parenting class! With such a wholesome mothering style, Ariella not only teaches you how to better communicate with your children but by default one learns how to communicate with their spouse and others." -Rachel
