Bearcat Brief

April 3, 2017

Notes from Niki

The countdown to GLA testing is on (coincidentally, the # of days left 'til testing is the same as the # 'til Spring Break). Please take a look at the testing schedule that I shared with you on Google last Wednesday. I want to take 1 more pass and make sure the coverage is ok, but the more eyes the better. I know people will be sacrificing plan time and instructional time is a little bit hodgepodge, but feedback from last year is that this is the best version we have found so far. I am certainly open to suggestions though.

Tomorrow is election day and the tax levy is vital to our growth as a building and a district and our ability to prepare students for work and post-secondary training in a 21st century world. If you need to use plan time to get to the polls, please do so. If there's anything I can do to help make that happen, let me know. Tonight is the final push, so I encourage you to text reminders to friends in the community and get out the vote.
