Our Second Meeting: Constitution, Club Roles, and Outreach and Event Planning
Right now, our meeting space is very informal. We cannot use a conference room until we become a university-recognized club.
While we are still in the early stage of our group, we will meet in the upper Union.
(When you reach the top of the stairs, turn left. Walk down the hallway. We occupy the first two tables on your immediate right. You will see us through the window.)

Club Contacts and Information
Hi, everyone! Last week, the "Students for Public Higher Education at East Stroudsburg University" club was born. Welcome to our group!
Meet our team! (For now, these are our functional roles; we will vote on these roles once we become an official club.)
First, every member must formally sign-up with a name and e-mail address in the English Department. Dawn has a sign-in sheet sitting on her desk; if you do not see it there, feel free to ask her. She will direct you.
The co-founders of SfPHE will be working on the club constitution and goals in the upcoming weeks. If you are interested in having a say in our constitution, attend our meeting on Wednesday at 10AM in the upper Union.
Dr. Allan Benn is our advisor, and he will be reviewing our constitution so that it best conveys the framework of the club and why the cause is critical for our community.
Once you are on the e-mail list, you will be sent club updates and a list of potential events for us to go to, including some major movements in Harrisburg for public higher education. Also, members and Facebook subscribers will have access to PDF meeting notes. At each meeting, Lauren will be writing down important notes and dates.
The rally may be over, but the fight for higher education is not.
