Many women in Peru have important jobs such as doctors, lawyers, and even Peruvian legislators.
- Peruvian families usually have three or more children.
- Families live with or near each other.
- Children live with their parents sometimes even after marriage.
- Children have chores and responsiblities as do the parents.
- Grown children take care of the elderly family members.
- Some children takle on the same roles as the parent.
