My 3 Main Investments

Why?

Helium

  • Natural resource
  • Limited
  • Lighter than oxygen
  • Leaves the atmosphere
  • The national helium reserve was sold
  • Small amount of private owners who control the price to there advantage
  • Helium is used in cooling and setting process of most prescription medication

Google

  • The nationally preferred browser
  • Google owns YouTube
  • Google is so important to daily life
  • Recognized as a verb in dictionary

Gold

  • Natural resource
  • Gold is conductive
  • Very soft
  • Limited resource
  • Used in computers, wires, phones, etc.

Property Investments

Land Is An Important Investment Because...

  • Land is a natural/limited resource
  • Requires no maintenance
  • Can be bought and sold
