Wouldn’t it be amazing if you had unlimited access to as much support and feedback as you needed? If you could call on an education expert whenever you needed them; to talk things through, see things in a new light and make the right decisions for your pupils. Well now you can.


We believe we all have a responsibility to support a better education for the children of Wales. As the draft Curriculum for Wales documents near publication, our Donaldson Readiness support is becoming oversubscribed. So, we are making a commitment to provide 5 secondary schools, as we feel they are the ones who have the biggest changes to make, with unlimited bespoke support to prepare for the new curriculum.


Research has shown that the very best support available for schools takes place over at least two terms, allows staff to work directly with their peers within and across schools, includes multiple iterative activities and opportunities, creates time for staff to collaborate, reflect and refine and is bespoke to each individual leader and teacher. Most importantly the support focusses on the impact it is having on pupils’ learning¹.


We also know that not every individual or organisation manages change well.


So, we are looking for 5 secondary schools who want to make changes, are honest in their understanding of their strengths and weaknesses and are willing to take measured risks in order to have a positive impact on the lives of their learners. For £825 + VAT, each school will receive a year of individualised support, including face to face sessions, unlimited remote support, a bespoke online toolkit and the opportunity to share ideas & strategies with the other Impact Wales Secondary Academy participants.
