As part of our partnership, they are facilitating parent workshops. You are invited to join on Thursday morning!
TOPIC: Building Capacity for Parents: Supporting Adults to Avoid Burnout and Enhance Well-Being: Caring for children can be rewarding while simultaneously emotionally and physically depleting. This workshop will help the important adults in children's lives identify the signs of stress and caregiver fatigue and offer tangible strategies to build their capacity and enhance their emotional and physical well-being. 💗
Location: DW
Date 11/16/23
Time: 9:00am -10:00am
Principal's Conversation - RESCHEDULED
Due to the morning BOE meeting on Wednesday and the ESS parent workshop on Thursday, I have decided to reschedule my Tea and Talk w/Tara to December 1st. My hope is that you are able to join the opportunities that are being held next week.
A Note form the School Nurse~🤧
It's cold and flu season! According to the NYS Health Services website, parents should follow these guidelines when determining when their children should not be in school.

Any condition you think may be serious or contagious to others
Children should be fever free (without the use of fever reducing medicine), symptom free and feeling well for at least 24 hours before returning to school after illness.
