Training for Evaluators in the EP Model

This workshop will provide training on the Rapid Cycle Feedback process, which was developed to improve the effectiveness of the observation component in the Effectiveness Project Performance Evaluation System. Learn how to improve your ability to provide high quality observational feedback that results in rapid improvement in educator practices.
The Rapid Cycle Feedback process provides a collaborative experience consisting of frequent, short, focused observations followed by timely, targeted feedback resulting in rapid improvement in educator practices and improved student achievement.
This training will provide an in-depth look at the Rapid Cycle Feedback process and will engage participants with the best practices, supporting forms, and staff training materials that will ensure a successful implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback practices.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain an understanding of the Rapid Cycle Feedback process.
- Access resources to support the implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback.
- Learn tools and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the educator observations.
- Use focused observations to provide high quality, actionable feedback.
