Great Moments in Hot Bev History
I'm not a coffee drinker, but if there's one man who made me want to drink it, it's Chief Hopper from Stranger Things. While his coffee consumption probably began as a nod to Twin Peaks, he made it something all his own early in the series when he dropped this gem.
Remember to come contemplate with your coffee (or tea or hot cocoa) tomorrow for free hot bevs, starting at 9 AM. Bring your own mug to help us save the Earth!

Sign a card for Jackie Everette.
Some sad news. You may have noticed that Jackie Everette has been out all week. Unfortunately, her mother passed away recently. She has been home with family and will continue to for the time being. We will be attending the service and thought it would mean a lot if her favorite people (you guys) signed a card, so we are leaving one at her desk in a folder. If you have time to come by, please sign it. We know it will cheer her up.
Stop by today to please sign the card for Jackie.

Alter Hall, 7th Floor
This type of event was featured at the recent SHRM conference and focuses on understanding the experience of a person transitioning out of incarceration and into the workforce. In a description of Reentry Simulations, the US Department of Justice states that the goal is to understand the significant obstacles faced by men and women attempting to navigate the system and return to their home communities upon release from incarceration: “To walk in the shoes of one who is returning home gives invaluable insight for professionals who are tasked with helping those individuals achieve a successful reentry back into society.”
