To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will not believe or expect to get sick when I am around someone that is sick. I will eat healthy, exercise daily, manage stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way. A healthy mind equals a healthy body.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing pain as a positive things. What I will gain from that "pain" I will learn from pain so I don't keep experiencing its as it will tell me what to do and not to do. I will learn from the pain so I don’t keep experiencing it. As a result, I will be a happier person

I want to become an artist for life. So I surround myself with people that are interest in drawing and good friends that support me and not people that will always bring me down.
