Abraham Lincoln's Childhood

"Abraham Lincoln had a hard time growing up. Lincoln came from humble beginnings as a child. Abraham Lincoln had 2 other siblings one of them died from infancy. Abraham Lincolns mother died when he was nine years old. That's why his family and him moved place to place."

Growing Up

"As Abraham Lincoln was growing up he had to train himself to read and write. Because he was only 11 when he got took away from his school. Many people did not think that Abrahm Lincoln would make it to be a president. Abraham Lincoln began building houses with his dad. As he was growing up he began to get smarter and smarter."

Becoming President

"Lincoln had figured out what he wanted to be when he grew up. Although Abraham Lincoln was alive when slavery was going on. Lincoln grew up on the North Side and he knew that slavery was wrong. When Abraham Lincoln became president the South did not like it. And it was a man named John Wilkes Booth who killed Abraham Lincoln after he killed Lincoln he escaped 12 days later after Abraham Lincoln's funeral he got tracked down by guards and they killed him."
