Culture is a form of sharing languages, activities, race, where you're from and the way you live life. Culture at NFHS- what we are doing right: Team Spirit, the athletic department, tutoring times, band and choir, college prep classes and good leadership.

Be Professional!

The way you dress influences somebody's first impression of you. Dressing professionally demonstrates respect, and also shows that you actually care about your job or interview. It shows that you take pride in your position.

Healthy Habits

Eat well balanced, nutritious meals. Sleep at least eight hours a day. Avoid using drugs, alcohol and tobacco. Exercise on a regular basis. Go about things in a safe manner and always keep a positive attitude!

Teenage Domestic Violence

Teen violence is defined as the physical, sexual, psychological, or emotional violence within a dating relationship, including stalking. It can occur in person or electronically and might occur between a current or former dating partner. There are many effects with teen violence and most teens don't tell anybody because their afraid.

Stress

Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so commonplace that it has become a way of life. Stress isn’t always bad. In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. But when you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price. There are countless causes of stress and many ways to manage it.
