HISPANIC HERITAGE CELEBRATIONS
There were events and activities taking place throughout the week. Members of the Spanish and French National Honor Society had daily giveaways for students; and there was a great party for 6th graders on Thursday. Our library offered a display of books about Hispanics or written by Hispanics; our cafeteria had cartoons in Spanish for the students to enjoy during lunch, as well as a Mexican salad on Friday. Different types of Hispanic music were played every morning with Words of Wisdom from Ms. Cabral greeting us every morning in Spanish!
