- Students who are quarantining: This will hopefully be a very limited number of students as time goes on.
- Students who are COVID-19 positive: This should be an even smaller number.
- Students who are awaiting results from COVID-19 testing:
Teachers will have links posted as soon as possible during the day for students. Please be patient as information is constantly changing and Google Meet Links may not be available right at the beginning of the school day due to communication or teacher absences.
Business Club Food Drive
The EHHS Business Club is running a food drive from Wednesday, May 19th to Tuesday, May 25th to benefit the East Hampton Volunteer Food & Fuel Bank. Before school on these days, we will be collecting a range of items, from pantry staples to toiletries.
The East Hampton Volunteer Food & Fuel Bank depends solely on volunteers and donations. Its purpose is to provide a safety net for all in the community who may have need. We appreciate any help you may be able to provide to assist us in supporting our community.

Updated 2021 AP Exam Information
ATTENTION AP Students
Good Afternoon AP Students, Parents and Teachers,
As you may already know there have been a number of changes to this years AP Exams.
At this time, I know that you are all aware of the date, time and format of your scheduled exam. For your convience I have included an updated list at the bottom of this message.
This year we have only a handful of paper and pencil exams- so the majority of our exams AND ALL of our make up exams will be DIGITAL- AP has asked all schools to make sure that everyone of our students are prepared to take the digital exams due to absence or quarantine.
All AP students need to complete the necessary steps that I discussed in detail yesterday during my mandatory AP Meeting. I shared a detailed slide presentation that included screenshots and step by step directions for completing the required 4 STEPS for digital preparedness in order for students to take each exam.
It is critcal that every step be followed along the way- starting with students using thier district issued ChromeBook- Mrs. Kuck attended our meeting yesterday so that she could assess the list of students that are using their own personal devices. The only way to access the Digital Testing App is on a school issued device- Mrs. Kuck will be in touch wiht the students that signed off indicating that they are using personal devies.
All 4 steps must be completed in order to ensure that students will be able to take their Digital Exams.
Teachers have already shared the slides in their Google Classroom and I am going to include them here as well.https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1YfkJjllpaHjjXWqTuYbZ-6kKcdEwCxtjyHh8zq-mjI0/edit?usp=sharing
Lastly, it is important that students arrive 45 minutes early for every digital exam- AP is requiring that students are now logged in waiting for the exam to begin 30 minutes early.
- This means that for an exam that had a 12 noon start - previously I had asked that all students be to their exam at 11:30 however with the new expectations set forth by CollegeBoard/AP- students MUST be present in their testing room at 11:15
All arrival times have been adjusted for the digital exams.
Please see the updated schedule below:
May 24 - AP Calculus AB - 7:30 AM - Town Hall Training Room
May 25 - AP Statistics - 11:30 AM - Town Hall Training Room
May 26 - AP Comp Sci - 3:15 PM - HS T-BELL
May 27 - AP Biology - 11:15 AM - Town Hall Training Room
June 7 - AP Language - 11:15 AM - Town Hall Training Room
Please reach out to your either your AP teacher or myself- Mrs. Sullivan if you have any questions or concerns specific to your 2021 Digital Preparedness.
