Not Receiving Bus Cancellation Notifications?

Dear Families,

If you have not received a recent email/phone call update from the school or District, please follow the steps below:

  • Check your SPAM folder. Sometimes email providers will think that multiple emails from a specific email address are junk/spam.
  • You can also try searching in your email for the following email address and see if anything comes up: donotreply@blackboard.com If you do find emails from this address have been marked as 'SPAM,' you should be able to update that and mark them as 'not SPAM.'
  • If the phone calls alerting families about bus cancellations are showing up on your phone as 'Potential SPAM,' you can save that number as a contact in your phone and that should fix that.

If you are still having any issues, please reach out to EWSD Communications Coordinator Ben Dickie (bdickie@ewsd.org).

Boosters Store Open Next Week!

Donation of Old Devices

Do you keep your old computers, phones, televisions, or any other dead devices because you can't throw them away? There is now a use for them! One of our EHS Seniors is collecting any and all devices that you may want to get rid of.

If you bring your tech into B114 (Mrs. Schmitt's room) there will be a labeled box to leave them in.

If you can't physically bring something into school, but would like to contribute, email mmoos@vt.ewsd.org, and they can organize a time with you to collect what you have to give.

BIPOC Coffee House

Senior EHS student Marcino Ambris is looking for Performers for BIPOC Coffee House. Please use this form to sign up.

For this event, I'm looking for each performer to do 1-2 pieces each, depending on how much time we have. I specifically chose to do this event for the BIPOC community because I find it important that people's voices are heard, as well as their love for the arts & their talent. So, I'm hoping that this gives people the chance to really feel like themselves within their craft, and helps them to be able to possibly meet some new faces and connections, too.
