A message from Ms. Alexander, Principal
While last year was unique and like no other, there were many valuable lessons learned that we plan to implement to strengthen the education program we provide to our students. One of the greatest benefits we saw last year were the relationships established among students and teachers in small classes. As a result, the first week of school will be staggered so half of the class will attend school on Monday (8/30) and Wednesday (9/1) and the other half will come Tuesday (8/31) and Thursday (9/2). This will allow students to acclimate to the school, teacher, classroom, peers and routines in a small class size for their first two days.
As you may know, the School Board voted to approve the 2021-22 Health and Safety Plan. This means we intend to start the year with the same provisions that were shared in July. For more details, here is the link to that Smore: https://www.smore.com/xsdq5
I'm looking forward to a fantastic school year and welcoming students back on August 30th and 31st!

When you log-in to the Sapphire Community Portal to view your child's assignment letter I ask that you also update and confirm the emergency form. Emergency information needs to be completed each school year for your student prior to the start of the year.
