After School Supervision
Today in team hui and in this newsletter, we have reminded all students again, the supervised waiting area for Oscar Van students together with the other students, whose parents call the office and ask for their children to be watched as they are running late at 3pm, is on the turf outside the Library, Rooms 2 and 3 – NOT the Junior Playground.
Other supervised areas at the end of the day at 3pm are where the students wait for the High School Bus and the two Road Crossings.
Please note: that there is a bell at 3:07 which is an indication to the straggling students to leave the grounds immediately. We have a number of students who like to dawdle out the gate. Please speak to your children about making sure they leave the grounds to go home at 3pm.
We love and encourage parents to utilise our grounds after 3pm as they supervise their own children, or friend’s children if they wish after school.
As staff, we do not supervise students, unless as outlined above, as we have other teaching and learning commitments after Road Patrol, and Bus/transport duties have ended.
Thank you all.
