Definition of infrared waves
An electromagnetic radiation spectrum at wavelengths longer than those of visible light,but shorter than those of radio waves.
The four ways that they are used
Special lamps that emit thermal, infrared waves are often used in fast food restaurants, even the remote control to your TV and special cameras to use for to see your body temperature.
Intersecting facts about Infrared waves
When your detected from an infrared camera you will have red, followed by yellow and then green and blue (hottest to coldest). The yellow-white areas are hot and the purple area is cold.
