Campus Closure - Online Classes to Resume
Dear Parent or Guardian:
Honoring our commitment to the health and safety of the students, families, and communities we serve, Harmony Public Schools is notifying families and staff that there have been two or more student/staff members who are lab-confirmed to have COVID-19. Due to privacy requirements, we will not be releasing the names of these individuals.
The local health department has been notified and, while they will begin their own investigation, to maintain transparency and for the safety of all individuals involved in Harmony School of Innovation has directly contacted any individuals determined to be in close contact with the infected individuals. We do not have reason to believe that those who were not in close contact with the infected individuals have reason to be concerned.
In order to thoroughly clean the campus and ensure that individuals affected will have time to test or seek medical care, Harmony School of Innovation will close the building for in person instruction for the next 3 days. All classes will continue online only on Wednesday, January 13th through Friday, January 15th. In person instruction will resume on Tuesday, January 19th.

NEW FOOD DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE AND POLICIES
Dear Parents/Guardians,
During the school closure last spring and over the summer months, Harmony offered meals to all children ages 18 and under in the community. Meals were distributed at select schools at no charge.
HSI will distribute meals on Monday (for Monday & Tuesday) and Wednesday (for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) between 10:00am and 11:00am.
Meals will only be provided to students who are enrolled at that school and ID is needed if students are not in the car. If you have children enrolled in multiple Harmony schools, you will need to visit each campus to pick up meals. For every day in the distribution cycle, your child may choose which days they would like a breakfast and/or lunch meal. A choice of milk is available, but they are not required to take it. If your child has special dietary needs, visit the school website to download the Special Dietary Accommodations form and have it completed and signed by a licensed medical authority.
