FIELD DAY
Staff Meeting - "Current Reality vs. Going Forward"
Below are the charts we worked on together at the Staff Meeting on Wednesday. We started with our "Current Reality" for our Mission, Values & Beliefs, and Norms and then moved onto "Going Forward." We will revisit the "Going Forward" charts in August and develop our Mission Statement to align with the mission of GCS. Once this is completed, we will move on to solidifying our Values and Beliefs along with Building Norms.
I appreciated the candid discussions and willingness to talk about where we are and where we need to go as a staff! We WILL get there together and this process WILL only make us stronger!
