Disguise a Turkey Projects
Turkeys are trembling with fear this holiday season as they don't want to get eaten for Thanksgiving! To help the poor turkeys out, we are having students disguise a turkey and write a few sentences to tell us why the turkey is wearing a disguise and is not a turkey! Students may be as creative as they want to!
The turkey template, directions, and examples were in Thursday folders a couple weeks ago.
Students will be expected to present (with help from me, of course :) )
Due: This Thursday, November 16th
Thanksgiving Feast
1st grade will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a feast on November 17th. We will be watching Charlie Brown Thanksgiving as a grade level while eating a mix of pretzels, goldfish, raisins, etc. at the end of the day. This will not be your child's lunch for the day.
Our class is in charge of bringing pretzels. Please sign up below if you are able to donate a large bag of pretzels to my class. I only need about 6 bags. Thank you so much!
Due: This Thursday, November 16th
