Virtual: Sign up sheets- wejoin- Monday, Sept. 27
You shall use wejoin.com to set up your conferences. If you have questions please ask your team lead or Ms. Nicoletta.
(also send link of conference schedule to Ms.Nicoletta so she can make a master list for the office if there are any questions)
30 minute slots- there needs to be enough slots for each family including DL students/ family PTC time is from 1:45-7:00 (carpool is from 1:45-2:00, if you have conferences at 1:45 your assistant will need to cover your carpool).
If your conferences end before 7:00, you will need to stay on campus until 4:00.
Two copies per child-
Labeled envelopes and stamps will be provided from Ms. Autumn.
One pile hard copy (progress report/ strength form) to send out in envelopes
Second pile is hardcopies for office student files: lowest grade first, alphabetize by last name

Curriculum Office
1. Check out material/ Check in material (sign out sheet on the clipboard above sink)
2. Please put materials back where you found them, if you are not sure put them on the table and I will return the material.
3. If a material or resource needs to be replaced, please fill out and submit a supply requisition form.
4. Broken materials- put a note on the material, place on the table and please send me an email. Mistakes happen.
5. If you need a material permanently or for long term- please check out and send me an email.
South end of curriculum office-
- Math (center/ west side)- Language (center/ east side)- Cultural materials (east wall and south wall)- Intervention materials for math/ language on south wall.
North end of curriculum office-
- There are 3 shelves that have materials/ supplies that are for keeps. I will label these (notebooks, paper, baskets, books, office supplies, etc.)
- The shelves with cultural are extra boxes from closed classroom. You can borrow from the boxes but need to return.

Diversity in Utah- resources for the classroom
The Museums of Union Station and have been working to make the museum exhibits more accessible and reflective of diversity in Utah. The museum staff have shared a reading list and lesson plans about the Civil Rights Movement and about the ERA in Utah.
