Our Teacher Assistants ROCK!
Back to 1956!
With Thanksgiving from Your Lead Tiger
Our students' talents were on display for all to see on Friday night. They are so incredibly gifted in every way. Thank you to Mr. Cooper, Mrs. Stukey, Mrs. Coleman, and Mrs. Koehn for preparing them, not only for their performances on Friday, but for the future. You share the gifts of music and confidence with them - and those are gifts they can treasure for a lifetime.
I would be remiss if I did not thank my amazing staff for the sacrifices they made in order to make the 60th a success. Everyone pulled together with purpose and passion. Thank you to my support staff and administrative team who absolutely poured themselves out as an offering for our kiddos in preparation for this celebratory event! To every teacher who worked on Friday afternoon and evening, thank you! We absolutely couldn't have done it without you. I love the way you find a need and fill it.
Finally, thank you so much, to Karen Flores, Susan Barker, and Jana Cook for their hard work in preparation for and on the day of the celebration! Thanks a million to Mr. Forrester for the awesome twinkle lights he hung on our pergola in the courtyard. Phil Inzinga, thank you for giving of your time and talents to emcee our event! A huge shout-out to each of you who donated silent auction items and cakes, who bid on auction items, who attended the event, and who continue to be such a support to the teachers. We are absolutely overwhelmed by you, our parents, and the way you uphold us!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve them. As we move into the month of thanksgiving, and I count my blesings, know that the students, staff, and family members of Central are at the top of my list!
With FIERCE Commitment,
Laura L. McGee, M.Ed.
