Today we all have the opportunity to share the experience of participating in an innovative cooking show with Tea, Wine, Coffee and Chocolate to remind us how important culture and gastronomy is for human beings and how it influences foreign trade.
Do you know the origin of wine?
History helps us to know more about ourselves and others, and give us the capacity to better understand other cultures, enabling us to become more efficient when dealing in foreign trade affairs. So what about wine? Where is its origin?
According to researchers, it might have its origin in China, because, the earliest form of grape-based fermented drink was found in northern China where a 9,000 year old pottery jars were discovered.

Chocolate History
The word "chocolate" entered the English language from Spanish. The history of chocolate begins in Mesoamerica, with evidence of chocolate beverages dating back to 1900 BC. In the sixteenth century, sugar was added to it and it became popular through Europe.
Tea history
Tea originated in China during the Shang dynasty as a medicinal drink. It was first introduced to Portuguese priests and merchants in China during the 16th century.
Drinking tea became popular in Britain during the 17th century. The British introduced tea production, as well as tea consumption, to India, in order to compete with the Chinese monopoly on tea.

The history of coffee
Coffee dates back on the 10th century, it is thought to have been used in Ethiopia.The drinking of the coffee history goes back to the 15th century in Yemen. By the 16th century it expanded to the Middle East and northern Africa.
From the Middle East it spread to Italy, and the rest of Europe and coffee plants were transported by the Dutch to the East Indies and America.
