Here is one of the world's most hallowed works of sacred literature, the grand, sweeping epic of the divine bowman and warrior Rama and his struggles with evil, power, duplicity, and avarice. The Ramayana is one of the foundations of world literature and one of humanity's most ancient and treasured ethical and spiritual works. Includes an introduction by scholar Michael Sternfeld.
During the November session the group will be introduced to the book followed by a time for reading. December's (and possibly January's) meeting will include a follow-up discussions.

Reiki Room Open from 11-3PM
A Reiki treatment consists of laying the hands on the body in a prescribed pattern and allowing the energy of life to flow through the hands to the person being treated.
The basic element of life energy is the essence of this healing practice. Because this is so, Reiki can be used in any situation where there is a desire for and openness to healing. Culturally, we know little about this element of life energy. It is in the practice of the art, consciously being with this energy, that we learn more and become more aware.
Stop by from 11AM-3PM.
Evening Music - Rainbow Seed Vibrations
The Rainbow Seed Vibrations Jam (James) and Xaria (Julie) --will join us for an evening of beautiful music!
