My Goal
My goal was to get some sort of physical activity for and to get to bed at 10:30 the latest. This goal will help me be more awake in in school and should help my mood during the day too
The Journey
The first couple of days I went on an after school jog and called it a day and was getting to bed around 10:00 and I wasn't really seeing a difference in my mood or how much sleep I felt like I was getting. So I decided to try and switch my workout to a morning run before school and that did a lot for my mood during school. I was waking up around 5:30am but I was getting to bed around 9:30 and by the time I got out of the shower and hot dressed for school my body felt truly rested. At night I also thought it would be good to do around 100 pushups or sit ups to try and build some muscle mass. I kinda started noticing my arms and chest getting tighter and bigger. This made me feel good
