Hydration is a key aspect of keeping you and your body healthy. Hydration is important because our body is 70% water that's more than majority! We lose a lot of water when we sweat and our body needs water to live so it's handy to have a water bottle with you when you have your 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Otherwise you can just go back to wherever you came from and get some water there.

Well what you should do is think about what you want to eat for the next few days or week. Then think about the ingredients then go seek them. When you do this it is OK to buy yourself a treat such as a bag of chips because you should treat yourself to something every once In a while

The meanings of all of the parts of a nutrition label can be confusing. For example the percentages represent how much of your daily intake is inside one portion. But that is not the only thing you need to read a nutrition label. companies can change the portion size so instead of an average amount a serving would be really small then when you look at the sugar or vitamins it will seem small and "appropriate".
