In the spirit of learning journey's...you may have noticed a fence was put up late last week. YES...that does mean the construction for the addition to Lincoln Elementary will be begin. As we begin this process, we will do our best to keep you in the loop and progress of the addition. Going through the start of this process has been a major learning adventure and will continue to as we will begin to see changes frequently. We are planning on opening our PreK-K center in the Fall of 2024. Stay tuned...
Band Night Parade 2023

Lost and Found
May PTO Meeting
Please join us at our next parent-teacher meeting on Tuesday, May 2 at 6:30 in the B Wing Discovery Center. It is best to park in the east parking lot and walk across the playground area to the door between the building and portables. Enter through door #3. There will be free child care provided during the meeting.
The agenda for May will be updated soon on the PTO page of our website.
We want to remind you, every Lincoln Elementary parent/guardian, staff member, and teacher is automatically a member of the PTO. We encourage everyone to attend meetings and become involved so we can continue to plan and hold some very fun Lincoln events!

End of School Year Reminders
- Please pick up any medications that you may have left with the office this year by May 31st or they will be disposed of.
- If you move or change personal contact information (address, phone number, email, ect.) please notify the office as soon as possible so you can receive important information from us.
- You will receive your child’s last progress report electronically on the last day of school.
- You will be notified about your child’s classroom placement in the middle of August for the 23-24 school year.
- Money in your child’s lunch account will automatically transfer to the next year, even if you child is moving to another elementary school or to a middle school. If you are leaving the school district and wish to receive a refund, please contact the school office.
Camp Ed/Summer Hours
- The school office will be open at Lincoln May 30 – June 2nd from 8:00 to 4:00pm.
- Lincoln Camp Edventure starts June 5th and the office will be open daily from 8:00am – 12:00pm. This will go through July 19th with NO SCHOOL on July 3rd or 4th.
2023-2024 School Year FALL INFORMATION
- Lincoln’s Fall Open House will be held on Aug 22nd. Please watch for more information to come this summer.
- K-5 school supply lists will be posted on our school website before the last day of school.
- The first day of school is Thursday, August 24th.

Art From the Heart
Lincoln Art Club will be held May 5, 12, & 19 from 3:05 to 5:00. You can find more
information on Art From the Hearts Facebook page linked below. The cost is $30 per artist and there is a limit of 25 students during this and each additional session.
