Device drop-off and Student Materials Pick-up
Device Drop-Off & Materials Pick-Up ~ June 3rd - 5th
We are pleased to share our school plan for students to collect personal belongings and turn in Chromebooks and/or instructional materials, and we thank you for your patience as we have worked through this process in compliance with Riverside County orders. The last day of instruction and virtual meetings with teachers will be on Tuesday, June 2nd, and the remaining days of the week are scheduled for the exchange of instructional materials and student supplies.
Exchange of Materials
Items to Return:
- Hardcover textbooks and library books (consumable workbooks that students wrote in should not be returned to the site)
- Chromebooks along with their power cords
- Individual teachers will communicate with families any other explicit materials that need to be returned to the site
- Please return items in a bag with your child's name and their teacher's name clearly marked on the outside of the bag. If you are returning more than one child's items, please use a separate bag for each student.
A bag for each student will contain the following for pickup:
- Personal supplies or property left in the classroom
- Promotion Certificates and/or Presidential Academic Awards certificates (5th grade only)
- Individual mementos from teachers (i.e. memory books, end of year portfolios, etc.)
The General Process
Upon arrival at your designated time:
- Park in the school parking lot.
- Tables will be set up near the front doors of the building. There will be tables marked DROP-OFF and tables marked PICK-UP.
- Proceed to the DROP-OFF table to place the labeled bag containing returned items on the table.
- Next, go to the PICK-UP table to pick-up the bag of your child(s) belongings.
- School employees will wait inside the building and will pick-up the items that have been dropped off between appointments.
- Should you arrive before your scheduled time, your student's personal items will not be ready for pick-up. You will need to return at your child's scheduled time to retrieve their personal items. If you arrive after your scheduled time, please call 951.302.5165 or 951.760.9934 to arrange a time or return to the Sign-Up Genius to reschedule.
Important Considerations
- The front office and campus are closed during this time, only staff are allowed past the front doors.
- Face covering must be worn, unless there is a medical exemption
- No group gatherings
- Maintain physical distancing and adhere to designated markings when standing in line
- No physical contact in the transfer of materials
- Come to campus at your appointed time
- The campus is still essentially closed, please conduct your business and leave in a timely manner to ensure we minimize the number of people at the site

Please include the name(s) of your children, and their teacher's name in the sign-up. You may include all of your children in the same sign-up.
FAQs
- Question: What if I forget what date/time I signed up for?
- Answer: Please do NOT call the front office to ask what time you signed up for. Our front office staff will be very busy collecting and retrieving items for those at their scheduled appointments. Please return to sign-up genius to check your date/time.
- Question: I have a gift for my child's teacher. Can I bring it to the school when I drop off/pick up items?
- Answer: Teachers are unlikely to be on campus during the drop-off/pick-up days. If you have an item that could be sent to the teacher electronically, you are encouraged to do so. We are unable to collect gifts for teachers or staff at this time. Thank you for your consideration of the health/safety guidelines for all involved.
- Question: I ordered a yearbook. When can I pick it up?
- Answer: Yearbook orders were extended to June 1. They are expected to be delivered mid/end July. Once they have arrived, families that ordered will be contacted to pick them up.
