Your body is made up of both type I
(aerobic/endurance) muscle fibers and type II
(anaerobic) muscle fibers. Type I fibers are used
for endurance activities and don’t have great
potential for growth. Type II fibers are those used during sprint
and heavy resistance training activities. Type II fibers have a much
better potential for growth and strength
improvements when trained. That means train
intensely and with heavy weights and watch
strength and muscle size shoot through the roof!
Make your own fly trap!
What you will need:
- A clear plastic sandwich bag
- 2 1/2 cups of water.
- A bottle of lime juice.
- 2 teaspoons of salt.
- Two or three paper clips
- Some shiny pennies.
- A bowl and spoon
- A paperclip
First off add 2 1/2 cups of water to a bowl.
Nextadd two teaspoons of salt. (table salt will work fine)
Mix it with the spoon to get the salt off the bottom of the bowl.
Now add two or three squirts of lime juice. There is no exact amount it just keeps the pennies shiny. Stir this mixture to blend it all together
Now pour the water
in tothe sandwich bag. Fill it until its 3/4 full.
Then drop the pennies
in tothe mixture. Seal the bag.
Add the paper clip onto the bag. The paper clip will hold the bag up where ever you put it.
Hang it above your door to keep flies from going inside or above your BBQ or outdoor eating area!
