Class Details:

When:


M/W/F 6:00 - 6:45 am (Wed class is 6:00-7:00am, 30 min workout+30 min discussion)


Where: Joy in Yoga studio, 5419 Monona Drive, Monona WI


Dates: September 21 through December 23, 2015 (No class the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 27)


Cost: $450 for the 40-class session


What you can expect in addition to the group workout and discussion:


  • weekly lessons emailed to you with varying topics about nutrition and behavior change
  • daily motivation via FB and text (at your discretion)
  • a 2-week meal plan, complete with recipes and daily calorie counts
  • meal/snack suggestions
  • group outings (some at additional cost) including a grocery store tour
  • support from a woman who has "been there" and understands the challenges of being overweight and losing weight.
