LENTEN EDITION
Tomorrow Christians will begin the Lenten journey. During this time we focus on turning away from our patterns and actions which lead us into darkness and sin. Lent is an opportunity to commit ourselves to following Jesus, to spiritual health and freedom.
Pope Francis' Lenten message reminds us that "...God's mercy transforms human hearts...". May each of us find time this Lent to disrupt the patterns in our lives which lead us to indifference. May we pay attention to the places and relationships where mercy is needed. May the mercy and love we receive inspire us to act in solidarity with those on the margins of our hearts, our campus, our city of Baltimore and our world.
Campus Ministry offers a variety of resources and experiences to pray, reflect and act this Lent. This Lenten edition of the Campus Ministry Newsletter is filled with links to daily reflections, retreats, prayer experiences and educational resources.
