Timby Telecast 11/26/19

Coming at you with another all student created Timby Telecast!! Last month I shared that our fifth grade students have been working on a Timby Telecast that will be a different way to engage students in the morning beyond our traditional PA announcements. Thanks to our fifth grade teachers, Mrs. Kimmel and all of the students who worked on this telecast and many more to come! Finally, thanks to EFW for their funding of this awesome project!

Also, please remember to bring your driver’s license along if you haven’t had it scanned into our Raptor security system yet. In order to enter the school building we must have your drivers license on file.

Reminder! Update Demographic and Emergency Contact Information in Infinite Campus

When the school district switched over to Infinite Campus(IC) this summer all emergency contact information was lost. If you have not done so already, please go into your IC account parent portal ASAP and check your families demographic information (phone/address/email address change, etc) and enter in emergency contact information.


If you have not created an account for Infinite Campus yet and do not think you received an email, please check your spam folder. You should have received an activation code from the district.

Come one, come all ye carolers!

All carolers, children and grown ups, are invited to join us at the Pancake Breakfast to spread holiday cheer with traditional carols. All those interested should come to the music room at 9:00 AM the morning of the breakfast for a run through of the songs. We will start caroling at 9:30 in the lunchroom moving on to the market and finishing at 10:00 AM.

Are you interested in helping the Earth? If so, we need you!

We're looking for volunteers to help in the lunchroom starting in January or February to get recycling and composting kicked off at Washington. Volunteer once a week or every day--we'll work with your schedule! Lunch runs from 11:40-12:30. If you're at all interested or would like more information, please contact Craig Reinbold at craigreinbold@gmail.com.

I Can't Wait for Wednesdays!

As you know the Wauwatosa Recreation Department offers an after school program on early release Wednesdays. From 2:20-3:30 your child can partake in a variety of activities. Each session is a different theme. If you are interested, be sure to register your child for the next session by tomorrow, 11/27! Click here for more information and the registration form.


12/4-12/18 First Stage Playmakers-- Bring your favorite story to life through exploring motivations, choices and actions, while creating dialogue and improvising scenes.


Cost: $24.00 per session (after the deadline the fee jumps to $34.00 per session)
