Kaiser Wilhelm Wundt

He was the Commander in Chief for Germany throughout the war and supported the central powers. Wundt pushed for the building of a large military force. Following the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, Wundt as well as other German leaders encouraged Austria-Hungary to get revenge on Serbia.

Woodrow Wilson

President of the United States at the time of the war, Wilson and the U.S. sided with the Allies. He made many great decisions including the Food Administration and the fact that the United States provided the allies as "Relievers." He as well as Congress passed the Selected Service Act which required men to register to be possibly selected for the war.
