Find Your FIT: Success Breeds Success
Which brings us to our interested-based health and wellness groups called "F.I.T. Groups." It's all about Fun Interactive Training from a holistic point of view.
The idea behind FIT groups is simply for you to find your fit through what you are interested in. Fitness should be fun! (Yes, we actually believe that). Be it climbing stairs to reach Pikes Peak, running in a group with a common goal in mind, dancing calories away with Zumba, spurring each other on as we see how many years we can reduce our body age, sharing clean eating recipes or meeting in Ciao for your healthy lunch, you can find your FIT!
We broke up our year into 3 semesters and within each semester are 10 weeks set aside to conduct various FIT Groups. We then have a rally to highlight challenge finishers and kick-off the next semester. The summer semester begins June 1st (week 1) and will go until August 7th (week 10).
