Message from Mrs. Morgan:
Did you know for $5 you can display your child's birthday on our digital sign? You can purchase this on mypaymentsplus.com under the activities category.
Reminder-Monday, September 5th is Labor Day, there will be no school that day.
A few safety reminders while on school grounds per our school resource officer; please do not speed on White Road or in the school parking lots, cellphone use while driving is against the law, no cellphones in car rider line, and no parking in handicapped spots unless you have a permit. Citations will be issued.
Thank you for your continued support!

Meal prices/Free-Reduced Price
The 2022-2023 school year will bring a return to paying for school meals.
K-12 breakfast: $2.00
K-5 lunch (paid): $2.75
6 - 12 lunch (paid): $3.00
* Payments for meals will be accepted in Cash, Checks (made out to Sharon Elementary School), and on Mypaymentsplus.com.
Free or reduced price forms will be provided to all students at the beginning of the school year. We encourage any family that thinks they may be eligible to apply -- there is no limit to the number of students in Walton County who can be approved for free or reduced price status. You will not "take" someone else's status. Free or reduced price benefits can be used at lunch and breakfast.

Running Club- 4th and 5th Graders Students who returned the green form to participate in running club must have a physical to participate. Students may see Mrs. Richards to receive a paper copy or it can be found on the Sharon Elementary website under Activities/Clubs and click running club. Running Club starts September 14th for students who signed up. | Jag Ag Club Thank you so much for your support and interest in the Jagriculture Club this year. We had such an outpouring of interest that we are going to add 30 more members to our club starting in September. We will send home letters to those randomly-chosen students in early September. | PBIS Our glow bash was a major success! Thank you to all of those who attended, sent in candy or drinks, and to our amazing PTO for volunteering to work the event! All of the money raised from the glow bash will be used to fund class stores, our quarterly ROAR parties, and more. Please remember that ROAR parties are a celebration for meeting our school expectations. Students can earn the privilege to attend the parties by earning points and having no major referrals. For the next couple of months, our PBIS focus will be attendance! Thanks for all of your support to help our Jags ROAR!! |
