· All entries for the Patriot's Pen VFW Essay Contest are due by the end of today. Please turn in your essay and entry form to Mrs. Gulino in room 124 or put it in her mailbox in the main office.
· All Mathcounts members who are planning on attending the Mathcounts meet on Thursday, November 2nd, please hand in your permission slip as soon as possible to Mrs. Rich, Mr. Keiser, or Mrs. Hughes. We will meet in Mrs. Rich's room right after school on November 2nd to take the bus to Pittsford. Hope you can make it!
· Attention 6th Graders- do you want to have FUN? Come to the 6th Grade WEB Fun Night- run by your 8th grade WEB leaders on Thursday, November 2nd from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Gym. Tickets are FREE and can be picked up during all lunch periods starting today. Don't miss out!
· Attention all girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade interested in basketball. Please come to our open gym shoot around on 11/2 after school from 3:30-5:00 in the spry gym. Just bring your sneakers!
· Come to Yoga Club today for some scary fun poses! Meet in W17. Take the late bus home.
· Schroeder Varsity Bowling team is about to start a new season. If you are interested in joining this year’s team come to the informational meeting held in the Cafeteria @ 2:45 on Tuesday October 31. If you cannot attend please contact Mr. Sanfilippo for more information.
· "Attention all 7th and 8th grade boys’ basketball players. An informational meeting will be held after school today in the East Cafeteria. You will learn about all the things you need to know about tryouts! "
· Do you love snow? Do you want your winter to be fun and exciting? The Cross Country (Nordic) Ski Team may be just what you are looking for. Come to the pre-season meeting on Thursday November 2 at 3:00 in the East Cafeteria to find out more. No experience is necessary, just a desire to have fun in the snow.
· Have you been getting ready for Halloween? This year, besides just thinking about your costume, please consider a unique opportunity to help kids around the world. World Language classes will be Trick or Treating for UNICEF and we have extra boxes. UNICEF helps kids around the world by providing food, healthcare and education to those in need. If you are interested in participating in this, stop by Mrs. Lehman’s room (301) to sign up and get a box. Remember, you can get the change to change the world!
