Parent Teacher & Student Association (PTSA)

All parents, teachers, students and staff members in the EECHS/IHS community are encouraged to join and participate. The purpose of the PTSA is to promote the welfare of children; support the mission of the school; to build the relationship between home and school; help with fundraising to provide building improvements, curriculum-based programs, and social events; and to demonstrate to your child the importance of education. If you would like to be a PTSA Officer or member, please call the front office at 512-414-5810 or email miguel.garcia@austinisd.org or martha.ralston@austinisd.org

Outside Food Delivery Services are NOT Allowed to Deliver Food to Students

Just a reminder to parents and students, Eastside & International is a closed campus and food deliveries are ONLY allowed by a parent, guardian, or other family member. Food delivery services like GrubHub, DoorDash, etc. are not permitted to bring food to students at school for any reason. This is to ensure student safety. Students who violate this policy will be given a warning the 1st time and have food confiscated if the behavior continues.

ACE After School

A few highlights:

  • Snacks will be served for students participating in after school club in the cafeteria
  • Students can continue to sign-up with Ms. Williams if they are interested in participating

Communities in Schools at Eastside: Supporting Students and Their Goals

Hello Eastside Community! CIS is so excited to be back for another great school year and especially excited to see so many faces on campus. We are here to support students academically, emotionally, and mentally to ensure they can reach their highest potential and succeed in school.

Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs

Hola Everyone! I am Laura Olvera and I am the new Gear Up Facilitator for our campus, Gear up is an amazing opportunity for 10th grade students to visit colleges, job sites, learn more about financial aid and get connected with resources in the community. Gear up is a grant funded program working with all 10th grade students and families! Please feel free to reach me by phone, email or make an appointment to come in and visit!
