Annual Special Education Staff Appreciation Event

Attention families of students with special needs! Is there a special CCPS staff member your student or family wants to thank? It’s time for the 5th Annual Staff Appreciation Event: The World Needs Smore Staff Like CCPS! This is the 5th year the event has been sponsored by the Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC).

Students with special needs or their families may nominate a staff member (teacher, administrator, instructional assistant, staff from food services, transportation, health services; anyone who works at CCPS) who has had an impact on them.

MCAP Testing Coming Up in April

Students will take our Spring MCAP (Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program) Tests in April. Students enrolled in English 10, Algebra I, Advanced Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra II will participate in testing during their scheduled class time starting on April 4th. Attendance is extremely important. There is a window of time to complete all of this testing with students and any makeup testing.

Juniors and Seniors

Prom tickets will be on sale again Thursday and Friday this week! They are $25 each. Tickets can be purchased during your lunch! If you need an Out-of-School Guest Form you can get them from the front office or cafeteria! This form is also in your email.
