Mindful Moment

In each newsletter we will share a mindful moment. Look forward to a tip or an exercise that may help you and your student de-stress or cope big feelings.

This week we highlighted Mrs. Ford's love of yoga and gratitude practice. Mrs. Ford shared two yoga videos that focus on gratitude for your mindful moment this week. She hopes this experience will help you refocus and remember the positives in your life.

Yoga for Gratitude & Yoga with Kassandra (as always, please be mindful of your body's limitations when trying a new exercise)

Friday Food Bags

We have a program that allows for food to be sent home for families each Friday. It can be sent in a nondescript backpack to allow for privacy. If you or someone you know is in need of this support please complete the information in this link.
