Interested in helping more with SDAP?
Please consider suggesting the SDAP Seminar Community Access Course (1credit hr) as an elective. It is listed as a Special Topics course SPE 3535 and meets MWF at 9am. The course provides the opportunity for traditional students to have direct experiences collaborating with students with ID in an inclusive setting. We are also working towards creating an inclusive certificate program and having higher enrollments will support this course becoming listed.
Feel free to have students contact myself or Rebekah Cummings <cummingsra@appstate.edu> with questions.
Thank you,
Anna Ward wardag@appstate.edu
