The Hubble Telescope was launched into low-Earth orbit . It was launched on April 24,1990, after years of false starts and delays. The Hubble telescope was named for a famous astronomer, his name was Edwin Hubble. The Hubble´s early origins date back as far as 1946- more than 10 years before NASA was established.
Who made the Hubble Telescope
The Hubble Telescope was created by Edwin Hubble. The telescope was named after him. Dr. Hubble had a passion for the stars. Edwin made some of the most important discoveries in modern astronomy. Edwin was born on November 20,1889 and died on September 28,1953. Edwin was 63 years old when he died.
