Are you wanting to eat healthier and just aren't sure where to start? Or maybe you have some health issues that you are just tired of dealing with, or weight that just won't come off. This class will cover the foods your body needs and the ones that could be harming you! I'll do some demos and have samples to try! I'll also cover essential oils that can aid you in the journey and can be incorporated into the food you eat.
